If you are responsible for growth in your business this will be the most valuable post you read on LinkedIn all day 🚀 Lead gen and sales agencies sell this as a $10,000+/mo system that you can run yourself, for <$1000/mo. Works in nearly any B2B vertical and is producing INSANE results for us.This system lets you:⤷Send 100k emails with scaled/targeted AI copy to specific ICP and land in their main inbox every time.⤷See specifically who is visiting your website and instantly retarget them. We get nearly 100% connection rates on LinkedIn and around 50% response rate (we're seeing 50/50 on positive/negative responses).⤷Connect lead gen systems with SDRs effortlessly. Here it is for free! 🧙♂️ Step 1:✅ Register domains using Mailforge - Cold Email Infrastructure 📈 (or Infra depending on need) with one inbox per domain and start warming them. Step 2:✅ Set Apify to scrape intent points based on ICP for leads. For us this looks like LinkedIn for business leadership, TrustPilot for customer service distress, Ycomb forums for companies discussing growth, etc. Step 3:✅ Push data to Clay and append any data that you weren't able to scrape.Step 4:✅ Plugin OpenRouter to Clay for cheap AI copy (shoutout Adam Andrewjeski, people really do read 7 upvote Reddit threads).Step 5:✅ Route to HubSpot/database.Step 6:✅ Route campaigns into Smartlead and HeyReach and start emailing/LinkedIn drip (you can get fancy here with reassigning to different campaigns based on responses/intent).Step 7:✅ Hubspot lead scores all interactions including RB2B. We have it set up to instantly request someone on LinkedIn when they come to our website offering to be a resource. Some folks like Salesfinity even have APIs that let you instantly dial the individual visiting your website (be careful with this). Step 8:✅ Glue together and plug any data/interaction holes with n8n.Step 9:✅ When lead score threshold breaks a task is assigned to SDR for follow-up.Step 10:💲 ProfitLead gen folks -- did I get it all?! I'd love to hear your thoughts and share ideas! And if you're a tagged tool on this and we're not partnered... let's fix that! #leadgen #gtm #sales #coldemail

And I do want to be clear that scraping is a powerful tool that needs to be respected -- it's very easy to dilute your messaging and annoy the hell out of folks if you're not tactful. Respect should characterize everything you do.

Right on the money. It's insane how many HUGE sales orgs aren't doing this and absolutely burning their domains on cold email thats ending up in spam.

I was doing some thinking last night and had an idea that I'd like to get your thoughts on:Premise 📜 Website deanonymization has gotten huge in the past few months with RB2B. We can now personalize and time outreach based on who's visiting the website and their pains. What if? 🤔 What if the website itself reacted to the visitor, not just the outreach? We could build a website that deanonymized the visitor and started loading modules relevant to that brand/ICP/etc. You could call out that person or company specifically as they scroll down the page, "Hey Jim from Slack, thanks for visiting! Here's 5 case studies that reflect pains we see from other individuals in your role/vertical!" We're no longer making landing pages for ICPs and directing flow there. It's one website that intelligently reacts to who's viewing it based on deanonymized data. Thoughts 💭 - A few folks I've spoken with love the idea- Others feel like it might be a bit invasive. - Is the MVP just a reactive modal?- Is your endgame a full-on website builder or just perhaps an integrated micro SaaS/app play? What do you think? #gtm #websites #sales #leadgen

Hey all, I've got something super exciting to share with you. We've rebranded and expanded our offering from Customer Service & Experience to Holistic GTM...MessageWeCare.com is now HireCharm.com! 🧙♂️ 1. Why are we doing this? 💡 A few years back I started to become frustrated with teams that only delivered one part of "the picture" and would pass you back and forth between partners never delivering a fully threaded offering: - If they staffed, they didn't help set up systems.- If they set up systems, staffing stopped at a RevOps admin (who they'd only let you talk to for 4 hours a week)- If they staffed you or set up the systems, they wouldn't offer workforce management.- THEN if they did offer systems, staffing and supervision... it was for only one portion of the funnel.2. My solution: 🧙♂️ I've built a company that can deliver you a "business in a box". The pitch is simple: For marketing, sales, service, and revops teams: I will staff your team (offshore or domestic), I will set up your systems (Automated scraping/cold email lead gen, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc), and finally, I will manage your team. 3. Why should you trust us? 🤔 "Wow Chris, I'd be surprised if you can effectively staff a business, build the systems, and then run it! And in 20+ verticals?! There's a reason people break these up into different agencies!" - the skepticsWe have been testing this for the past year and have case studies where our sales and marketing teams have grown clients 300% in 6 months, have turned 60k of spend > 250k with our dialing teams (full system build, hiring, and execution in 3 months), over 100+ customer service clients where we clear 50,000+ tickets minimum every month, 3 full revenue cycles where we've taken over hiring/systems implementation for marketing, sales, service... and the list goes on (case studies on standby). This is for everyone from internet service providers to eCommerce stores to home services. 4. Folks that get the most value out of us: 💸 - You want to work with a team of acquired tech founders - You want to reduce labor cost.- You're interested in AI (we've sat in all those demos for you already).- You want to improve customer experience.- You want to make more money. If this is you, let's do some magic together. Huge thanks to Ravi Kurani and Jarie Bolander for the continued advisory. S/O Josh C. Jesse Chen Grady Beecham Lawrence GoodhueBig thanks to our partners and folks who have shared conversations that shaped my view on business building whether you've realized it or not -- Chyngyz Dzhumanazarov, Eli Chmouni 🖥 🎶 📶, Tyler Donahue, Ryan Westberg, Lynn Hall

Are there any Rev Ops agencies offering both systems implementation and then execution/operation ie: "We build you the marketing + sales + service systems and then we staff and operate them for you"? I would love to speak with someone doing this. From my perspective, it seems like the vast majority of agencies doing anything Rev Ops are only implementing systems. I can think of a few different reasons this might be the case but I would would love to hear the thoughts of folks more educated. Jeff Ignacio Kyle Freitas Kevin Mead#revenueoperations #revops

✶ We clear over 25,000 tickets across 100+ brands every month ✶From troubleshooting life-saving robotics devices to answering "where is my order" for our creator's apparel brands, we deal with a lot. One of the tools we use to ensure that our agents are always moving quickly and staying within SOP is the copilot tool made by our good friends at Kodif. Some of my favorite features in their copilot let our agents: ➢ Chat and brainstorm with our knowledge base as if it were a trainer. ➢ Auto-generate responses for agents to use. ➢ Immediately find relevant knowledge base articles and related tickets with similar issues for agents to reference.Check out my first-ever LinkedIn video where I talk about how we use the tool built by Chyngyz Dzhumanazarov and his team. Let me know what you think! (I only had to record and rerecord 47 times -- yes the actual number 😅).#ai #customerservice #customerexperience #copilot

💡 I see lots of agency owners in the 6 to 7 figure range talking about removing themselves from the day-to-day of the business as much as possible...If the goal is to float your lifestyle, then fair. If your goal is to grow, I disagree with this. You should always have exposure to your largest clients. You should be working with them directly and as much as possible. You have a larger chance of building high-value relationships. You become even more intimate with your offering (get better at selling it).You minimize risk. You lead from the front. There are countless benefits and Shan Hanif speaks about this often in his posts. We've built a 7 figure agency at WeCare for Customers doing this and we don't plan on stopping any time soon. P.S. I can't wait to show you guys our rebrand. It's going to be awesome.

Every single customer support team that we run generates revenue and it's an active metric that we track. This is how we turn our customer service conversations into money-making moments:1. Our agents always provide a piece of advice:"Hey X, earlier in our conversation you had mentioned 'TRIGGER'. We're actually doing a lot of work on 'TRIGGER' and I think that if you 'DID X', you could see more benefit out of our product." 2. Have an ask (try to make it based on your advice):"And actually, based on the 'TRIGGER' you're experiencing, I think that 'NEW PRODUCT' (which happens to be an upsell) could benefit you greatly and help you execute on that piece of advice I gave you better. Could I send you an email with more information about it or connect you with someone from our team to chat about it?" You need to have a piece of advice that agents trigger off of certain customer statements and then specific asks associated with that advice/those triggers.
